The stay was great my first night, no complaints, the room, the people, and the food. The second time I arrived which was a week later i was put into a room that the linens were gone and the room wasn't cleaned I called and they just sent up linens and that was it. I called to get my receipt and was sent to another person. Called back same result. I stayed once again and I ate at the grille, the cashier got my order wrong she charged me for a higher priced item and did nothing to make it right. One of the cooks tried to make me settle for chips but I just wanted to get refunded. They were a little rude and I ended up being out of 2 dollars. It's not the value but when someone makes a mistake, it's only right to make it right. They failed to do that. Would like to talk top a manager if at all possible to explain in detail.

I had an AMAZING stay.. My ONLY complaint about it was the beds feel like your laying on bricks. Everything else was wonderful. The first room we were in the ac wasnt working properly and with no questions asked they switched us to another room. It was a quiet and peaceful place.

I was very impressed with the fact that the restaurants are on the outside edge of the casino, that way if you want to make a family dinner night of it, you absolutely can. There was also a bar playing music next door that was fun to listen to while we dined. We didn't actually go into the gaming floor itself, but will next time we are up there in July.

Whatever happened to my favorite casino... The rooms are so outdated that they are still using Isle of Capri decor... The beds are hit or miss.. In the summer the pool is dominated by local kids...the machines are outdated.. I could go on but i gave it a 3.. Bcuz the food is good..and the waiters/waitresses are awesome
